Our Promise

We set up The Square Advanced Dental Care to provide an important service, a place where we can offer the skills of specialist dentists with consummate experience and knowledge.

We hope that it is not only the patients who benefit from this facility and ideology but the dentist’s and dental practices we are involved with too.

When we work with referred patients and the dentists who referred them we promise to;

  • Involve you in decision making regarding your patient.
  • Keep you informed during the referral process and during your patient’s treatment.
  • We promise to look after your patients and provide the very best care for them.
  • Develop your skills whilst at the same time earning credits for continuing education.
  • Support and mentor you with our experienced and highly-qualified team.
  • Return your patient back to you after your referral and treatment is completed.
  • Have informative, stimulating and of course fun, team building and social events for our referring dentists regularly through the year.

Our referral process is just 4 simple steps:


Prepare your patient.
Please outline the following:

  • You will be notified once your referral is received.
  • We will contact the patient directly within 2 weeks of receipt of the referral.
  • Our specialists do not carry out treatment on the first visit and your patient will be invited to attend a consultation appointment.
  • Our Consultation is an investment of £135 which includes intra-oral radiographs, a second follow up appointment for their treatment presentation (if necessary) in addition to a tailored treatment plan report.
  • We take an initial deposit for all of our referral patients of £35 upon booking which is deducted from our consultation fee.
  • We require 48 hours notice at The Square Advanced Dental Care if they wish to cancel their appointment otherwise they will lose their deposit.
  • If they fail to attend their appointment, they will lose their deposit and be discharged immediately.
  • If they do not respond or schedule their consultation appointment within 2 months of receipt of the referral, they will be discharged back into your care and a new referral will need to be organised should they wish to move forward at a later date.

*Don’t worry about their medical history- we will ask them to complete our own questionnaire*


Provide a reason for referral, requested service & supporting attachments: radiographs, photographs etc:

  • A couple of paragraphs should suffice, we don’t need pages and pages.
  • Alternatively, if minimal information is provided we will be in touch with you to request further details which will delay us accepting the referral and contacting the patient.

Chloe, our Referral Co-ordinator, will look after you and your patient from there. She will be your point of contact and provide you with all of the updates of your referral patient's journey.
