Medical Emergencies Training

The team undertook their annual medical emergencies training this week using defibs & resuscitation manikins at the practice. We also rehearsed and role-played lots of medical emergency scenarios in the surgery environment so that we are as prepared as we can be in such an event. We pray that none of our patients are unlucky enough to experience a ME such as seizures, anaphylactic shock or heart attacks in their lifetime but it’s comforting to know that you are in safe hands when on our premises.
